Psistis/Charcoal Grill Cook (Cypriot Cuisine) in England

Our client based in Kent in the UK, is seeking to recruit an experienced Chef for their new restaurant soon to open. The restaurant will offer Greek & Cypriot dishes plus a full grill section. Our client will interview locally in Cyprus, with a view of the position to begin in November/December 2013. The position is long term.


Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Greek/Cypriot kitchen, working on the grill and charcoal cooking
• Ability to prepare and cook traditional Cypriot dishes such as mezedes, souvlakia, moussaka and also grilled fish and meats.
• Fluent in English

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary will be based on age and experience. In the region of £300.00(GBP) per week. Which is approximately €350.00 per week.
• Accommodation provided at no cost
• 20 working days holiday
