Responsibilities:
3 days on
Day 1: Day Shift (7 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
Day 2: Evening Shift (4 p.m. - 12 a.m.)
Day 3: Night Shift (12 a.m. - 7 a.m.)
2 days off
Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support to players who have accounts on the gaming websites
- Support clients via email, live chat and telephone
- Offer client support in a timely and efficient manner
- Fluent in Danish and English is essential
- Fluent in Danish and English is essential
- Available to work shifts including nights and weekends
- Have good internet and computer knowledge
3 days on
