Danish Customer Support Officer in Limassol, Cyprus

Our client, a reputable online gaming company located in Limassol, seeks to employ customer support executives for their expanding team. Fluency in English and Danish is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide front line support to players who have accounts on the gaming websites
  • Support clients via email, live chat and telephone
  • Offer client support in a timely and efficient manner
  • Fluent in Danish and English is essential
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent in Danish and English is essential
  • Available to work shifts including nights and weekends
  • Have good internet and computer knowledge
Working Hours:
3 days on
Day 1: Day Shift (7 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
Day 2: Evening Shift (4 p.m. - 12 a.m.)
Day 3: Night Shift (12 a.m. - 7 a.m.)
2 days off
The company offers a standard salary with additional benefits for the night shift
