Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of application support specialists and the operation and delivery of an effective IT Help Desk.
- Act as the senior IT party to identify and resolve system issues. Establish, promote, and continually seek to improve customer self-service and IT service.
- Establish processes, procedures and standards. Monitor and report on the availability of support services.
- Liaise with the business regarding appropriate service and SLA requirements. Oversee the escalation process and management of significant incidents.
- Provide feedback from the business to Head of IT re future business needs to assist in developing the IT Strategy.
- Review and evaluate new applications or existing software upgrades to determine their suitability for the business.
- Contribute to IT and business-wide projects and initiatives.
- 6 Team members will report to this position.
