- Equipment failure (especially the scene more than 15 minutes downtime of equipment failure problems) exclusion and lessons learned.
- Spare parts management, development of spare parts, tools, standards and procurement plan and control spare parts inventory in a reasonable range.
- Maintenance of standardization documents, records, statistics, analysis and archiving equipment maintenance check list, the parameter control list, PLC program files.
- The implementation of continuous improvement, improve equipment efficiency.
- Participation in training and assessment of maintenance personnel skills to help improve the efficiency of skills.
- Organize and participate in all facilities, equipment, tooling and installation commissioning and acceptance. Construction personnel supervision and management of foreign operations.
- Involved in the production equipment, hazard assessment, formulation of appropriate management. Supervise and inspect the implementation of security operations staff to ensure that production equipment is in safe condition.
Requirements
- College degree or above, mechanical or electrical related major.
- Have a certain expression in oral and written English skills, and Chinese language is mandatory.
- Three years related working experience. And experience in method/production in the high volume industry, automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficient in PLC and other industrial control software or mechanical design software for equipment development / design. Have good practical ability, to master knowledge of safety-related laws and regulations.
