Sales Manager in Japan

In joining the cTrader Sales and Business Development team, you will be assisting in growing the market for our cTrader trading platforms and in developing platform features and possibilities. Working independently or as part of a small team, you will be based in Japan while staying in regular contact with our headquarters.
To successfully fill the position, you should have a background in the local banking and finance sector with experience in forex, trading technology and business development and sales.


Responsibilities:
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of cTrader and its offerings and services
  • Find and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Conduct meetings and presentations for potential clients
  • Gain an understanding of prospective client needs and work with the Sales and Business Development team to meet those needs
  • Keep up to date with local market conditions and cTrader offerings
  • Consult and train personnel and customers
Skills and Requirements:
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location
  • Background within the banking and finance sector
  • Strong knowledge of the local forex market
  • Experience with trading technology and platforms
  • Fluency in local language, business culture and customs
  • Business-level English written and verbal
  • Experience in institutional level sales and negotiations
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
