Site Support Staff

We are a leading social entertainment company that operates some of the most vibrant social networking and dating communities on the web. We currently have online presence in over 28 countries located around the world in a variety of languages, with aggressive plans to continue to expand the businesses.

Current Availability
We have immediate opportunities for site support staff for full time salaried positions; afternoon shifts. Candidates will be responsible for assisting our customers via phone and email as well as preform moderation of members’ profiles for possible fraud, breeches of our Terms of Use, etc. Candidates can expect to be well versed on our billing practices, website features, company policies, etc. in order to answer or members’ concerns.

Required Skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
Valued Secondary Skills 
  • Additional fluent languages – French, Italian, German, Danish, Polish, etc.
  • Additional office skills – IT, Accounting, Administration, etc.
Candidates will need:
  • To be able to work independently with direction to meet strict deadlines and targets
  • To be able to think quickly in their additional language
  • To be willing to work non 9-5 hours when required to meet deadlines
  • The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An attention to detail and good trouble shooting skills
  • Above average computer and Internet skills, particularly with typing and working knowledge with various Internet browsers and spreadsheets as well as the ability to learn and navigate new computer applications quickly
